This hinge is made of SS with mild steel brackets. It is best used with iron or aluminum. The product includes Post side brackets with a gate side bracket and for any size square gave frame 1 3/4" and up. It is great for walk gates and double drive gates due to its 3/4" (T-Rod). Quite often this hinge is used on dumpster enclosures. Great replacements for the old style Monumental, weld on hinges, replace both aluminum and steel and malleable iron "Page" hardware. It swings 180 degrees.
